This is how we test fragrances.

Fragrances sold are first sent to ERTZU. There we check the features relevant to the respective item and compare them with the advertisement and existing reference information.

The exact scope of testing can vary depending on the product, condition and abnormalities.

An exam consists of several levels.

We start with visible and non-invasive tests. If an item, its information or individual features raise further questions, additional testing steps may follow.

Not every bottle requires the same scope of testing. What is crucial is what information is required for a well-founded assessment of the respective item.

Deviations are not evaluated in isolation, but rather in the context of the entire article.

The overall picture matters.

A single characteristic is usually not enough for a reliable assessment. That's why we look at packaging, codes, dimensions, bottle, liquid, condition and advertisement information together.

If individual points remain unclear, the process can be further examined. The final decision is based on the information available and the testing steps relevant to the item.

Bestanden

The item can be released for further shipping.

Failed

The item will not be forwarded to the buyer.
